Founder Marvin Waldrip was originally from Gainesville, Georgia, but called Marrietta home. He built his first home -- for his family -- in 1961. Then he began building residential communities with his brother in 1963. Marvin Waldrip Realty was developed 10 years later, and has established a reputation in the community for building quality homes and engaging in effective customer relationships.
