Homes By Steve Waldrip, Inc., was founded in 1986 with a goal of producing quality homes that satisfy every need of new home buyers.
 
Owner Steve Waldrip graduated from the University of Georgia in 1977 with a degree in Business Administration. He spent the next eight years in the corporate world with a Fortune 500 company, working in the software department, and in sales and marketing. Then he followed in his father's footsteps and is now celebrating his 20th anniversary as owner and president of Homes By Steve Waldrip, Inc.
 
As a Marietta native, Steve is passionate about serving the community, and also about preserving the beauty of the city of Marietta. He is an active member of the Marietta High School Booster Club. He is dedicated to supporting and encouraging both students and coaches of their numerous athletic departments.
In addition, Steve has served  as a mentor with the Marietta High School Youth Apprenticeship Program, which has allowed him to personally teach high school students workplace skills.
 
For the past five years, Steve has been a member and sponsor of the Cobb Landmarks and Historical Association. His dedication to the preservation society is evident in the communities that his company develops. Each community provides home buyers with professionally landscaped yards and entryways to create aesthetic beauty and to beautify the neighborhood as a whole, in keeping with the natural setting of the area.
 
Steve Waldrip is also a member and serves on the executive board of the Cobb County Home Builders Association, which helps him stay up to date on the latest housing legislation, new codes and building standards through continuous education.
 
For the past 20 years Homes By Steve Waldrip, Inc., has developed a reputation for being dedicated to building homes of superior quality that provide complete customer satisfaction.
